How will you make an impact?

You will have the opportunity to:

• Support the team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Analyze financial data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Participate in ad-hoc financial projects and process improvement projects
• Assist with the preparation of quarterly finance reporting
• Gain exposure in treasury management, investment operations and corporate finance operations
• Learn how we manage liquidity, purchase and monitor investment securities, and analyze investment portfolios
  
  

Do you have what it takes?

• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Ability to work full-time hours throughout the summer on-site at our downtown Milwaukee campus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to manage complexity
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced skills preferred); knowledge of data visualization tools is a plus
• Familiarity with financial modeling, forecasting, and financial statement analysis
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical skills, and time management skills
  
  

Pay Range:

$37,830.00 - $56,750.00

This range aligns with current market data and reflects our commitment to competitive and equitable compensation. Salary offers are based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and training. The range may vary in certain locations to reflect local market conditions. It is not typical to initiate pay at the top of the range to account for internal equity and allow for future and continued salary growth
