Now Hiring: CNC Operators - Second Shift
Join our aerospace manufacturing team as a CNC Operator and play a key role in producing precision-machined metal parts that meet the highest industry standards. We are looking for dependable, skilled operators who are ready to contribute in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate CNC milling and/or lathe machines to create high-quality parts.
- Load and unload materials efficiently.
- Manufacture parts to required specifications and tight tolerances.
- Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.).
- Maintain accurate production records.
- Perform basic machine maintenance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, including wearing required PPE.
Requirements
- Basic experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes required.
- Solid understanding of machining operations preferred.
- Basic understanding of machining operations preferred.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, travelers, and blueprints.
- Mechanical aptitude and good shop math skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability..
- Able to work independently and collaborate with team members.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Effective verbal and written communication in English.
- Good eyesight, hand-eye coordination, and fine motor skills.
Physical Demands:
- Frequent repetitive motion of wrists, hands, and fingers.
- Prolonged standing, walking, bending, and occasional kneeling, climbing, and squatting.
- Lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 20 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Frequent reaching, twisting, handling, and use of fine motor skills.
- Exposure to fumes, chemicals, and temperature variations in a warehouse environment.
Available Shifts:
Full-Time, Second Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Initial training will be conducted during Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM for up to 90 days.
Pay:
- CNC Operator I: $18.50-$23.50/hr
- CNC Operator II: $23.50-$27.50/hr

ITAR Requirement: This position requires the use of information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). The candidate must be a U.S. person within the meaning of ITAR.
