Now Hiring: CNC Operators - Second Shift
Join our aerospace manufacturing team and play a vital role in producing precision-machined metal components that meet the highest industry standards. We’re looking for dependable, skilled CNC Operators who take pride in their work and are ready to contribute in a hands-on, team-oriented environment. Basic experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes required.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate CNC milling and/or lathe machines to manufacture high-quality metal parts.
- Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
- Produce parts to meet required specifications and tight tolerances.
- Perform in-process inspections using precision tools such as micrometers and calipers.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and setup tasks.
- Keep a clean, organized, and safe workspace, including use of required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Requirements
- Basic experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes required.
- Solid understanding of machining operations and shop math preferred.
- Ability to read and follow blueprints, travelers, and work instructions.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and clear communication in English.
- Good eyesight, hand-eye coordination, and fine motor skills.
Physical Demands
- Frequent repetitive motion of wrists, hands, and fingers.
- Prolonged standing, walking, bending, and occasional kneeling, climbing, and squatting.
- Lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 20 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Frequent reaching, twisting, handling, and use of fine motor skills.
- Exposure to fumes, chemicals, and temperature variations in a warehouse environment.
Work Schedule
- Full-Time
- Second Shift
- Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- Initial training will take place on Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PMs.
Pay Range
- CNC Operator I: $19.50-$24.50/hr
- CNC Operator II: $24.50-$28.50/hr

ITAR Requirement
This position requires access to information governed by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Candidates must be U.S. persons as defined by ITAR, including U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents (Green Card holders), and certain protected individuals.
