What are the responsibilities and job description for the Art Director - Mid-Level position at MGH?
MGH, a full-service marketing communications agency, is looking for a mid-level Art Director/Designer who can turn smart strategy into standout creative. Someone who’s concept-first, design/detail-obsessed, and just as comfortable in a brainstorm as they are crafting that final layout.

You’ll partner closely with writers, strategists, and clients to create ideas that are not just beautiful - but effective.
- Concept and execute campaigns across digital, social, video, and traditional channels
- Collaborate with copywriters to develop big ideas and bring them to life
- Present work confidently and clearly to internal teams and clients
- Own projects from concept through production, sweating the details along the way
- Contribute to a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability
