Join Masters Gallery Foods as a Cheese Production Specialist and be part of a team that takes pride in delivering quality every day Under the direction of the Shift Production Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in providing bulk cheese to our production lines and operating cutting and shredding equipment.

Starting Pay (Level I): $25.10/hour
After 90 Days (Level II): $26.97/hour
- Plus: $1.00/hour shift differential

What You'll Do:
- Lift and carry up to 40 lbs. while opening, cleaning, and placing cheese on production lines
- Remove all packaging from cheese
- Inspect bulk cheese for mold or contaminants and clean as needed
- Lift and place cheese on conveyors (5–40 lbs. per lift)
- Operate cutting and shredding equipment (both automated and manual)
- Track inventory using RF scanners
- Assist with other duties as needed

- Ability to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. (and occasionally 60 lbs.)
- Comfort standing for long periods
- Strong commitment to safety
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Attention to detail for quality inspection
- Basic math skills for reading and calculating
- Reliable attendance to keep production running smoothly
