HubSpot CRM SpecialistPosition Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HubSpot CRM Specialist to manage, optimize, and maintain our HubSpot platform. This individual will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, automating business processes, supporting the sales and marketing teams, and creating reports that help improve company performance. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and has advanced knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Sales Hub, and Marketing Hub.Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM database, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Build and optimize workflows, automations, pipelines, forms, properties, and contact lists.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and business performance.
- Support lead management, segmentation, and lifecycle automation.
- Monitor and improve CRM processes to increase operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to implement CRM best practices.
- Manage integrations between HubSpot and other business applications.
- Perform regular database cleanup, deduplication, and quality control.
- Train employees on HubSpot features and best practices.
- Troubleshoot CRM issues and provide ongoing technical support.
- Stay current on new HubSpot features and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience administering HubSpot CRM.
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub.
- Experience creating workflows, automations, reports, dashboards, and custom properties.
- Experience with CRM integrations and data management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- HubSpot certifications are preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with API integrations and third-party applications.
- Knowledge of email marketing automation.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with CRM migration and implementation projects.
