We are seeking to add an associate to our Workers' Compensation team in Oxford. Ideal candidates will have 0-5 years of practice experience. Our associates are given hands on experience and direct client contact. We offer competitive compensation with monthly bonus opportunities. Must be licensed to practice law in Mississippi or have pending Mississippi bar exam results.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Assess new files to establish action plans, budgets, and recommendations.
- Prepare and assist with pleadings, discovery, motions and other workers’ compensation filings and submissions
- Attend depositions, hearings, and other discovery events, providing thorough reports
- Negotiate settlements, secure authority, and prepare for hearings as necessary
