Job Overview
We're a growing Texas energy company expanding our residential clean energy installation operations across the Waco, Temple, Killeen, markets. We're looking for licensed electricians who want consistent, well-paying work installing residential home battery storage systems. The work is clean and straightforward — no rooftop work, no digging, no commercial sites. Systems are installed on exterior walls with standard electrical connections. If you've done a service panel upgrade or subpanel install, you already have 90% of the skills needed; we'll train you on the rest.
This is a subcontract (1099) arrangement, not employment. We pay per contract each contract can be fulfilled in 6-8 hours.
Qualifications
- Active Texas TDLR license: Master Electrician, Journeyman, or Apprentice
- Reliable transportation to job sites in your assigned market
- Basic hand and power tools (we supply specialty/brand-specific equipment)
- Professional appearance and attitude
Responsibilities
- Install residential battery storage systems on exterior walls with standard electrical connections
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Complete jobs within your batched route/area (we group jobs so you're not driving all over)
- Meet weekly install quotas to qualify for performance bonuses
- Complete required training on our specific product brand before starting
