- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (data entry, management, reconciliation, and quality control), Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience creating spreadsheets, tools, or templates to support project management and budget tracking.
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred; relevant experience considered.
- 2 years of experience in construction, project controls, accounting, or a related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of construction operations such as cost tracking, scheduling, estimating, or document control.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Procore), Microsoft Project, Adobe tools, or CAD is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to follow through on tasks, maintain meticulous records, and uphold consistent processes.
- Positive, proactive attitude with strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to team success.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the Controls Manager and project management team on a large, multi-phased project by coordinating documentation, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial and project records.
- Assist with the preparation, review, and submission of invoices, purchase orders, financial commitments, and supporting documentation to the client’s internal accounting team.
- Maintain organized project files, including drawings, meeting notes, change orders, logs, reports, and other documentation that reflects project progress.
- Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and calendars; attend meetings and prepare meeting notes as needed.
- Support the development of monthly client reports, including data validation and coordination with multiple team members.
- Communicate with owners, architects, contractors, and vendors as needed to support project activities.
- Assist in general project coordination, internal/external communications, and team organization.
- Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team environment by identifying and removing barriers to success.
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Perform additional duties as required to support the successful delivery of the project.

Salary Range
$85,000 - $105,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
The advertised salary range is intended as a general guideline and may vary based on factors such as experience, expertise, and location. This base salary does not reflect the full compensation package, which may include bonuses, 401(k) matching up to 8%, and other benefits.
