We are currently seeking career-oriented and motivated individuals to join our team as full-time Entry Level Test Technicians.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work with engineers and customers in a “hands on” environment to conduct tests from setup, gather measurements and data, configuring tests, and reporting
- Document tests digitally by capturing clear photos and high-speed video footage
- Install instrumentation, test gear, and assorted components aligning with engineering specifications
- Communicate and collaborate with a variety of teams and global customers
Requirements & Skills:
- Experience using hand tools
- Experience with general computer operation and ability to learn new software
- Keen attention to detail, coupled with a strong ability to identify errors
- Quality and safety mindset with the ability to self-start
- Strong desire to work in an advanced technical field and develop your career
- Authorized to work in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for 8 hours
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with general automotive parts and components is a plus
- Willingness to think outside the box to improve daily processes
- Internal drive to seek out opportunities
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and constantly changing environment
- Clean and organized worker to facilitate shop cleanliness standards
