Duties

- Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional coverage opportunities
- Assist clients with benefits administration, claims processing, and policy renewals
- Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and regulatory requirements such as HIPAA compliance
- Utilize marketing techniques to attract new clients and expand the customer base

Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or related industries

- Demonstrated analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable products
