This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist based in Pueblo, CO. The Physical Therapist will evaluate, develop, and implement treatment plans to assist patients in improving mobility, managing pain, and achieving their rehabilitation goals. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, providing therapeutic interventions, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
