Specialized Care: Follow care plans from physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.
Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and compassion.
Documentation: Record all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care accurately.
Education: Teach patients and families about disease processes, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies.
Qualifications
- Active North Carolina or Compact LPN or RN License in good standing (required).
- Previous pediatric, home health, or public health experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively.
- Current BLS and negative TB test
- G-Tube, trach, & vent experience preferred
