About MGA Behavior Therapy
MGA Behavior Therapy was founded to deliver high-quality, timely therapies for children in need. As part of MGA Homecare, we offer ABA, speech, occupational, and physical therapies—all under one roof to ensure collaborative, patient-centered care.
The Opportunity
We’re seeking an In-Clinic BCBA to lead a team of BTs and RBTs, deliver evidence-based treatment, and ensure quality care for a caseload of 10–15 patients. This is an in-clinic role (not remote).
Qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Manage treatment planning, supervision, and caregiver training.
- Coach and mentor BTs/RBTs through performance management and ongoing training.
- Develop individualized plans and behavior strategies; complete reauthorizations.
- Ensure high standards of care through data collection, fidelity checks, and note review.
- Uphold BACB standards and actively engage in MGA’s professional culture.
Additional Information
What You'll Bring
- Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Current BCBA Certification with BACB
- Minimum 2 years of experience with ASD population, and 1 year in ABA
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong skills in early intervention, assessments (e.g., ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP), and reporting
