MG8 is a privately owned and rapidly growing sales and consulting firm headquartered in Columbus, Ohio. Over the past seven years, we’ve expanded into four markets across the state, earning a reputation for driving significant revenue growth for our clients. Due to this expansion we are looking to create a new remote location in the Dayton, OH area. Our proven success has led to long-standing partnerships with the largest ecommerce company in the world. We are looking for someone who can help us to continue to drive revenue and market expansion for the client.
As we scale, we’re seeking a motivated and personable Account Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to represent one of the world’s most recognized companies while growing your own professional skills in B2B Sales, communication, and leadership.
What You’ll Do:
- Learn a business to business sales approach
- Present tailored solutions to small and mid-sized businesses
- Build and maintain client relationships to drive customer acquisition
- Manage territory using CRM tools and training
- Participate in peer mentoring and leadership development programs
- Sharpen your communication through public speaking and team collaboration
What We’re Looking For:
- No degree required; Bachelor’s or Associate degree a plus
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or retail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly disciplined, reliable, and goal-driven
- Team-oriented with a growth mindset and leadership potential
