Role Description The Maintenance Technician is a full-time, on-site role based at a residential community in Tempe, AZ. This position is responsible for performing routine and emergency maintenance on apartment homes, common areas, and building systems to ensure safe, clean, and well-maintained living environments. Typical tasks include diagnosing and repairing basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues; completing work orders; and conducting inspections to identify maintenance needs. The Maintenance Technician will also perform preventive maintenance, unit turns, and exterior property upkeep, while collaborating with the onsite team to prioritize work and support resident satisfaction. The role may require participation in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies and adherence to all safety and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance to ensure reliable operation of building systems and apartment home features.
