MG M The Law Firm (MG M) is seeking to add an Associate Attorney to our G eneral Liability and Product Liability practice group in any of our Southern California offices (Los Angeles and Irvine). The candidate should have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in handling Defense General Liability and Product Liability cases.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Handle local and national accounts throughout the state of California.
- Independently manage a litigation caseload.
- Conduct depositions.
- Prepare witnesses for deposition and trial.
- Review and analyze discovery requests.
- Prepare and respond to discovery responses and pleadings.
- Prepare court filings and service to counsel; experience with e-filing.
- Trial preparation and support.
- Maintain accurate time records.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in one or more of the following practice areas: general liability and product liability.
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
- Must be admitted to practice in the state of California.
- Experience with motion practice and depositions.
- Experience taking lead in plaintiff and expert depositions.
- Capable of independent work.
- Work in an organized and efficient manner.
- Superior research and writing skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to analyze complex matters.

Salary : $115,000 - $195,000
