About the Role
Mg Biologics is growing and looking for a proactive, detail oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Ames, IA. This position supports our Chief Customer Officer and plays a key role in promoting life-saving veterinary products like Rattler Antivenom. If youβre motivated, organized, and eager to make an impact in animal health, we want to hear from you!
What Youβll Do
β Call veterinary clinics to determine if they treat snake bites and gauge interest in Rattler Antivenom
β Contact Veterinary Medical Associations (VMAs) to coordinate dinner presentations
β Host virtual Lunch & Learn sessions with clinics on snakebite management
β Support the CCO by identifying and prioritizing key accounts to maximize travel productivity
β Follow up with leads from trade shows and solicit product orders
β Accurately log all customer interactions and notes in our CRM system
β Help qualify leads and move them through the sales funnel
β Collaborate with Marketing & Customer Service teams
β Provide basic sales activity and outreach reporting to the leadership team
What Weβre Looking For
βοΈ 1β2 years of inside sales experience (preferred, not required)
βοΈ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
βοΈ Highly organized with excellent follow-up
βοΈ Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
βοΈ Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
βοΈ Passion for animal health or veterinary medicine is a plus
