As we expand nationally, this role ensures that heartbeat remains strong and efficient. You’ll design systems, manage relationships, and make decisions that keep operations flowing smoothly. 
 
This isn’t a role for someone who wants to sit behind a desk — it’s for someone who will roll up their sleeves, walk the floor, visit vendors, and partner directly with teams to solve issues in real time. 

Your Impact 

Your leadership will shape how MFUSED grows. You’ll build scalable supply-chain processes, develop a reliable vendor network, and strengthen the link between our production and distribution systems. Your work ensures we deliver consistency, quality, and innovation to every market we serve. 

What You’ll Do

• Lead and refine our national supply chain strategy to support growth, efficiency, and reliability.
• Manage sourcing, procurement, and vendor relationships—negotiating agreements that balance cost, quality, and delivery.
• Oversee inventory planning, logistics, and fulfillment operations to maintain smooth material flow and on-time performance.
• Collaborate closely with production, finance, and operations to align supply-chain goals with broader company initiatives.
• Drive ERP implementation and process automation to improve accuracy and transparency across our systems.
• Build and strengthen partnerships with domestic and international manufacturers; experience working with suppliers in China is a plus.
• Analyze key metrics, identify bottlenecks, and lead problem-solving efforts to continuously improve outcomes.
• Mentor and develop supply-chain team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and curiosity.
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and industry regulations while maintaining MFUSED’s high quality and safety standards.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and other tasks as assigned to support organizational goals.
• Travel as needed to MFUSED sites and vendor locations across the United States.

What You Bring 

Experience & Education 

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations within manufacturing, CPG, or regulated industries (cannabis/hemp preferred).
• Experience managing vendor relationships, leading procurement, and optimizing inventory systems.
• Preferred: Experience working with overseas manufacturing partners (especially in China) and implementing or upgrading ERP systems. 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 

• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach—comfortable solving problems in the moment, not waiting for someone else to fix them.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills; able to interpret data and turn insight into action.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to influence across teams and levels.
• Skilled at building trust, fostering collaboration, and driving accountability.
• Proficient with ERP/supply-chain software, Excel, and digital tracking systems.
• Adaptable, resourceful, and proactive—comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast change.

• Competitive salary range of $70,000 – $100,000 per year, based on experience.

Work Environment 

This role is based in our Scottsdale, AZ office and works closely with teams across our production, distribution, and fulfillment facilities. It involves regular onsite collaboration and national travel to MFUSED facilities and partners.
