MFPE Bookkeeper
The Bookkeeper is responsible for supporting the financial operations of MFPE by maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with day-to-day accounting functions. This position works closely with the Controller, CFO, and administrative staff to ensure timely and accurate financial management and reporting.
Primary Responsibilities- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
- Enter and manage financial data within accounting software systems
- Assist with budget tracking and expense monitoring
- Maintain organized financial files and records
- Provide administrative support related to financial operations as assigned
- Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial administration
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage confidential financial information
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
