Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and set an example for the concierge team in professionalism, customer service, and performance
- Greet all residents, guests, and visitors warmly and maintain a welcoming lobby environment
- Work closely with the client and leasing office to understand daily activities, appointments, and visitor schedules
- "Own the lobby" by staying informed of who is arriving, expected guests, and client-related appointments
- Oversee front desk operations including visitor management, access control, and package handling
- Conduct routine property rounds and respond promptly to safety or security concerns
- Handle administrative tasks such as emails, logging information, and filing as required
- Communicate effectively with clients, residents, MFort supervisors, and team members
- Enforce company policies, site post orders, and standard operating procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by site management or MFort leadership
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must have a valid Illinois PERC card and 20-hour security training certificate (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years of residential concierge or front desk leadership experience
- Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills
- Comfortable with administrative tasks including email correspondence and documentation
- Ability to multitask, remain composed under pressure, and independently manage responsibilities
- Capable of standing and walking for extended periods
- Must pass a drug screening and background check
- Shift: Wednesday through Sunday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
