- Verify patient information and assist with check-in/check-out processes

- Direct patients to the appropriate department or healthcare provider

- EMR Management:
- Access and update patient records using the EMR system
- Schedule or confirm appointments as necessary
- Operational Support:
- Collaborate with front desk staff and other team members to ensure smooth patient flow

- Confidentiality and Compliance:
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Follow clinic protocols and procedures
- Proven experience in a healthcare or customer service role
- Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
- 12:30pm - 5:30pm
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and perform light physical activity as needed
