These positions range from administrative and clerical support to technical, professional, and field-based work.

Because these assignments support public operations, candidates must meet certain compliance standards.
All applicants must pass a criminal background check covering the previous seven years and a ten-panel drug screening before being assigned to a position. Candidates with felony convictions or failed drug tests will not be eligible for placement.
Applicants must also be available for short-notice assignments throughout Maryland and be responsible for returning all client-issued property, such as equipment or badges, at the end of their assignment.
Additional Requirements For Field And Labor Positions
Field staff work under the direct supervision of an Mfinite Crew Leader and are required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by Mfinite, including a high-visibility vest, gloves, and steel-toe boots. Temporary employees are not permitted to drive client vehicles; transportation within large work sites will be coordinated by the Crew Leader.
