Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring efficient office flow.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and collect co-pays.
Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry in the practice’s EMR system.
Assist with general administrative tasks to support the practice’s daily operations.
Be able to take patient vitals such as blood pressure, temperature and weight.
Qualifications:
Experience: Medical office/front desk experience is required a minimum of 3 years (fertility, OB/GYN, or women’s health experience a plus). Candidates with a strong customer service background are encouraged to apply.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and willing to learn a simple EMR.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
