Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chiropractor to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive chiropractic care focused on improving patient well-being through precise assessments, effective treatment plans, and compassionate patient care. This role involves diagnosing musculoskeletal issues, managing acute and chronic pain, and promoting overall health and mobility. The Chiropractor will work closely with patients to develop personalized care plans that incorporate advanced techniques and evidence-based practices to ensure optimal outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a great existing Front, Middle and Back office in place. Structured protocols ensuring seamless flow leading to enhanced patient attention. Effective Documentation, notation and reporting protocols are oranized and utilized creating an environment for further enhance patient care and attention.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments including physical examinations and evaluation of medical histories
- Observe patient conditions to identify symptoms related to musculoskeletal issues
- Develop and implement individualized care plans utilizing techniques such as trigger point therapy, pain management strategies, and occupational health interventions
- Perform manual adjustments, spinal manipulations, and other chiropractic treatments to alleviate pain and improve function
- Manage acute pain cases efficiently while promoting long-term health solutions
- Utilize medical imaging and physiology knowledge to support accurate diagnoses
- Educate patients on injury prevention, posture correction, and lifestyle modifications for ongoing health benefits
- Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes using appropriate medical terminology
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Stay current with advancements in chiropractic techniques, medical research, and industry standards
Experience
- Proven experience in primary care or chiropractic practice with a focus on pain management and patient care
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and medical imaging techniques
- Hands-on experience with trigger point therapy, acute pain management, and occupational health practices is preferred
- Ability to perform thorough patient observations and assessments during physical examinations
- Familiarity with developing effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Prior experience working in a clinical setting that emphasizes patient-centered approaches is highly desirable
