What You’ll Do
- Create, maintain, and enforce a structured hiring process to be completed by all hiring managers
- Provide written, oral, and web-based training resources to help hiring managers complete the hiring process
- Lead the utilization of applicant tracking software system, training supervisors on how to use the software, and maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
- Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
- Share marketing & promotional materials to recruit for the Ag Experience program
- Develop the overall structure of the Ag Experience program, including communications to participants and coordination of summer activities
- Advise and recommend training courses and topics for continued employee development
- Review and propose off-the-shelf course content to be integrated into the LMS.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, Education, or a related field
- 2 years of training/ education experience (or related work)
- 2 years of recruitment experience (or related work)
- Familiarity with Agriculture (preferred)
