Collaborate with federal, state, local, and private sector stakeholders to enhance agronomic programming and consultation services, supporting both MFA Incorporated and its customer base.
What You’ll Do

What You’ll Do
- Lead MFA’s trialing efforts for product development, product vetting, and education.
- Develop and implement replicated trial protocols.
- Manage large-scale trials, research personnel, and research assets, including tractors, planters, combines, trucks, trailers, and tillage equipment.
- Work with leaders in MFA’s crop protection, plant foods, and seed divisions to provide support and research resources.
- Collaborate with MFA’s agronomy and sales staff to place trials and collect data from large field-scale trials.
- Partner with vendors and external partners on contract research and trial protocols.
- Present trial data and findings at MFA-sponsored trainings.
- Analyze and present data to research partners.
- Assist in developing publications as an MFA resource for customers and staff.

- M.S. Degree in Agronomy or related field preferred
- Two years minimum agriculture contract and/or federal program experience required
- Class A CDL - no air brake restrictions, or the ability to obtain
- Certified Commercial Applicator License, or the ability to obtain
