Responsibilities: This person will oversee all Crop Protection Warehouses to ensure we deliver best-in-class service to all MFA customers through safe, accurate, timely, and efficient product delivery, while properly managing inventory. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policy.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the operations of the Crop Protection Warehouses (Sedalia, Palmyra, Trumann, Emporia, Chillicothe).
- Organize, develop, and manage daily delivery routes for MFA retail locations and/or independent and affiliate customers.
- Oversee management of fleet operations and standards for DOT, including appropriate record-keeping
- Coordinate with Operations Coordinator to manage order grid and appropriate movement of product through warehouses.
- Give direction to the warehouse managers and assist them in ordering inventory.
- Oversee routine inventory counts and ensure inventory is managed properly and limit write-offs.
- Monitor both warehouses' expenses each month and maintain budgeted expenses.
- Ensure that all product is billed prior to shipment and that all wholesale credit policies are followed.

Qualifications
- HS education required, BS preferred
- Experience in Agriculture
- Accounting experience helpful
