About the Role:
We’re looking for an energetic, reliable, and outgoing Sign Spinner to help attract attention and drive traffic to an apartment community in Brooksville. As a Sign Spinner, you’ll be stationed near busy intersections or sidewalks, holding and spinning a promotional sign to advertise the community and current leasing specials. Your enthusiasm and positive attitude will help create a fun and welcoming first impression for potential residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stand outside near designated areas around the apartment community or nearby intersections.
- Spin, flip, and display promotional signs to catch the attention of passing traffic.
- Maintain high energy and enthusiasm throughout your shift.
- Represent the community in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner.
- Follow safety guidelines and remain aware of your surroundings at all times.
- Assist with light marketing or promotional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Experience as a Sign Spinner preferred.
- Outgoing personality and ability to engage people’s attention.
- Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods.
- Dependable and punctual.
