What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Maintenance Crew Member position at MF Landscape & Design, LLC?
MF Landscape & Design is a local, residential and commercial landscape design, construction, and installation company serving Walpole and the surrounding towns.
We are currently seeking experienced landscape maintenance crew members to assist in daily operations starting at once. This is a full-time seasonal position with opportunities to also participate in snow and ice management in the winter.
The qualified individual must have ability to work with multiple crews on a daily basis while executing specific tasks including: weekly property maintenance, spring/fall cleanups, bed preparation, mulching, tree/shrub pruning and lawn mowing. The candidate must possess a strong work ethic, show attention to detail and have good leadership and communication skills. Starting pay rate will be based upon experience.
Qualifications and job duties:
Valid drivers license and clean record
Landscaping experience
DOT medical card preferred (will pay to acquire)
Strong communication skills
Dependable and punctual
Ability to safely drive truck/trailer unit (training provided)
