What are the responsibilities and job description for the Host/Hostess position at Mezzaluna Pasteria & Mozzarella Bar?
We are looking for a dedicated professional to run our host stand. Year round position, no lay offs. Must be available on weekends and holiday weekends.
Tuesday-Thursday 4:00pm-9:00pm & Friday-Saturday 4:00pm-10:00pm
Must be happy, energetic, and a multitasker!
Employee shift meal/beverages (2.5% Cash tips paid out daily - roughly $45 nightly. Must have Open Table Reservation Experience or be willing to train on the System.
Must be able to run a door with high volume. We seat approximately 250 guests in our small restaurant, must be able to be cool calm and collected under pressure. Making every guest feel warm welcomed and very special. Must be able to multi task, answering phones, seating, taking reservations, ringing in take-out orders into computer, floating around the restaurant helping where ne eded ensuring our guests are wowed and have an amazing extraordinary experience.
