mezeh is looking for shift leaders, customer service staff, Grill staff and prep staff to join the team and grow with the company! Location: Bridgeville, PA
With tips make over $17.00 to $21 hour! Plus earn paid time off each day you work.
We are interested in someone with fast-casual experience (1 year minimum) and a flexible schedule to help fill in shifts that cannot be covered by the general. this is a great position for someone starting out in the food and beverage industry and looking for some good experience to add to their resume. Great place to start your and ultimately advance up to restaurant manager then general manager.
what you would do:
- helping to uphold companies standards and procedures to ensure consistency within the brand
- monitor and uphold mezeh's standard for food quality and freshness
- learn and enforce recipes and use of recipe book
- accountability for all financial matters: sales and revenue, food cost, labor control, store expenses
- ensure that all register transactions are correct and accounted for
- assisting with managing weekly store inventory
- assisting making and tracking all store purchases
- promote brand through outstanding customer service, catering, community giving, events, etc.
deal breakers:
- able to work 20 - 35 hours/week
- reliable transportation to and from work
- a legal driver's license to assist deliver caterings if needed
- Serve Safe Certified
- 1 or more years of experience in fast casual or full-service industry
- strong skills in: communication, organization, multi-tasking, prioritization and leadership
- outgoing and energetic personality
- able to be on your feet for 6 - 8 hours a day and lift up to 50lbs
- basic knowledge of microsoft 365 (outlook, word, excel)
