As an Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the company’s President & COO. You will manage complex schedules and streamline operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of handling a variety of tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Position: Executive Assistant
Work Type: On Site
Locations: Iselin, New Jersey
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling travel arrangements.
- The candidate can come from an IT services background and should have strong experience supporting C-level executives within the IT services industry.
- Coordinate and prioritize communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-ups and responses.
- Assist with project management, including tracking deadlines, deliverables, and status updates for key initiatives.
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including office supplies, team events, and special projects as needed.
