Meyerson-Roth Company Inc. is an independent insurance agency serving individuals and businesses for over 80 years. We’re looking for an organized, dependable Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping clients and working as part of a team.
About the Position
You’ll work directly with clients, producers, and insurance carriers to answer questions, process policy requests, and help keep accounts running smoothly. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, pays attention to detail, and follows through on outstanding items.
Responsibilities
• Respond to client inquiries regarding policies, billing, and coverage.
• Process policy changes, certificates of insurance, and other insurance documents.
• Assist with renewals, quotes, applications, and gathering underwriting information.
• Assist clients with claims reporting and direct questions to the appropriate carrier contact.
• Communicate with carriers and underwriters to resolve outstanding requests.
• Maintain accurate client records and document communications in Applied Epic.
• Manage deadlines and keep clients informed throughout the service process.
Qualifications
• Previous insurance agency or insurance customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Applied Epic experience is a plus.
• An active property and casualty insurance license, or willingness to obtain one.
