Precision Diecutting Technician, Flatbed Operations

We’re hiring a Precision Diecutting Technician in Minneapolis, MN (55428). You’ll run flatbed die cutters and champion quality, safety, and throughput on our production floor.

Role highlights

• Operate and fine-tune flatbed die-cutting presses, including a 40" Bobst.
• Set up, adjust, and verify tooling to meet exacting specifications.
• Continuously inspect product and document results to ensure conformance.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to reduce downtime.
• Partner with teammates to improve processes and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
• Capture production data and escalate variances to leadership.
• Assist with onboarding and mentoring new operators.

Schedule

Second shift with a 4-10 workweek: Mon - Thu 2pm - 12am

What you’ll need

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical manufacturing coursework preferred.
• Experience operating flatbed die-cutting equipment (or closely related machinery).
• Mechanical savvy and strong troubleshooting ability.
• Comfort reading blueprints and technical instructions.
• Meticulous attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to thrive in a high-output environment with strict deadlines.
• Clear communication and a collaborative work style.
