Your Mission

• Own setup and operation of folder-gluing equipment to deliver high-quality finished products
• Track machine performance in real time and tweak settings to maximize output
• Audit finished work to ensure every unit matches the spec sheet
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues quickly
• Team up with peers to achieve production targets and on-time delivery
• Keep your zone clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols
• Document production data and promptly report any discrepancies to management

What It Takes

• High school diploma or equivalent; bonus points for technical machine training
• Background as a Folder Gluer Operator or similar machinery experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude with strong problem-solving ability
• Comfort reading job tickets and interpreting specifications
• Meticulous attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
• Ability to thrive independently and within a fast-moving team
• Confident communicator with a positive attitude

Shifts & Rhythm

• 2nd or 3rd shift available
• Work four 10-hour shifts each week
• Enjoy a built-in three-day weekend
