Your Mission
- Own setup and operation of folder-gluing equipment to deliver high-quality finished products
- Track machine performance in real time and tweak settings to maximize output
- Audit finished work to ensure every unit matches the spec sheet
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues quickly
- Team up with peers to achieve production targets and on-time delivery
- Keep your zone clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols
- Document production data and promptly report any discrepancies to management
What It Takes
- High school diploma or equivalent; bonus points for technical machine training
- Background as a Folder Gluer Operator or similar machinery experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude with strong problem-solving ability
- Comfort reading job tickets and interpreting specifications
- Meticulous attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
- Ability to thrive independently and within a fast-moving team
- Confident communicator with a positive attitude
Shifts & Rhythm
- 2nd or 3rd shift available
- Work four 10-hour shifts each week
- Enjoy a built-in three-day weekend
