Your impact
- Set up and operate flexo presses to consistently achieve top-tier print quality.
- Monitor output, adjust settings, and verify quality at each stage.
- Perform preventative maintenance and resolve mechanical issues quickly.
- Work closely with production to meet deadlines and throughput targets.
- Maintain precise production records and raise issues promptly.
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards from start to finish.
Shifts
- 2nd Shift: 2pm – 12 a.m., 4 days per week.
- 4-crew schedule: 12-hour shifts rotating every 13 weeks from front of week to back of week; 6pm – 6am.
What you need to succeed
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical education in printing is a plus.
- Background as a Narrow Web Flexo Press Operator or similar capacity.
- Deep understanding of narrow web flexographic processes and machinery.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and carry out routine maintenance.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a quality-first mindset.
- Strong communicator and dependable team player.
