Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Diecutter Operator to join our dynamic team in Minneapolis, MN (55428). In this role, you will play a crucial part in our production process, ensuring that our die-cutting operations run smoothly and efficiently. This is a 2nd shift position with a 4-10 schedule. Mon - Thu 2pm - 12am
This position will operate flatbed diecutters such as the 40" Bobst.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate flat bed die-cutting machines to produce high-quality products.
- Inspect and monitor the production process to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on die-cutting equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols.
- Document production data and report any issues to management.
- Train and mentor new operators as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Flatbed Diecutter Operator or in a similar role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
