We are seeking a talented and innovative Landscape Designer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Develop detailed landscape designs using SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino 3D, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and other CAD software.
- Create compelling visual presentations utilizing Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite tools.
- Conduct site analysis using GIS tools such as ArcView and ArcGIS, including land surveying and land use planning.
- Prepare construction documents, including planting plans, hardscape layouts, irrigation systems, and construction estimating.
- Collaborate with clients to understand project goals and translate their vision into feasible design solutions.
- Coordinate with project managers and construction teams to ensure designs are accurately implemented on-site.
- Incorporate sustainable design principles and environmentally responsible practices into all projects.
- Conduct landscape maintenance planning and provide guidance on landscape installation procedures.
- Assist in project management tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Stay current with industry trends in landscaping, civil engineering, and new technology tools to enhance design quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Horticulture, or related field.
- Proven experience with SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Rhino 3D, MicroStation, ArcGIS/ArcView, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, horticulture practices, hardscape construction, irrigation systems, and sustainable design strategies.
- Familiarity with land surveying methods and civil engineering principles relevant to landscape projects.
- Excellent drafting skills with attention to detail and precision in technical drawings.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
