Job Summary

Duties
- Develop, educate, and enforce company safety policies and site-specific safety plans

- Provide training sessions on occupational health, safety procedures, OSHA standards, and construction management best practices.
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to integrate safety protocols into daily operations.

- Lead investigations of accidents or near-misses to determine root causes and implement preventative measures.
- Stay updated on industry regulations related to OSHA compliance and construction site safety standards.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field with a focus on safety coordination.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, Workers' Compensation policies, and risk management principles.
