Duties
- Assist in preparing a variety of goods, including sweet rolls, donuts, breads, cakes, and cookies, following established recipes and standards
- Showcase your talents through frosting rolls and cake decorating and to ensure visually appealing products
- Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, fryers, dough sheeters, and pastry tools safely and efficiently
- Help with food production tasks like dough preparation, portioning, and ingredient measurement using basic math skills
- Provide friendly customer service by answering questions about products and assisting with purchases when needed
- Enthusiasm for learning about baking, pastry arts, and food industry practices
- Basic understanding of food safety management and proper food handling procedures
- Willingness to develop knife skills, dough preparation techniques, and operating kitchen equipment
- Ability to work in high-volume production environments with attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting
- Prior experience in kitchen work or catering is a plus but not required; training will be provided
