  • Identify cultural trends, competitor activity, and emerging content formats to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Performance & Optimization
  • Use content performance metrics and analytics (CTR, engagement, conversions, ROI) to help generate new ideas, optimize creative, and drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Paid Media, E-commerce, Retention, Community, Retail) to ensure content supports KPIs and growth targets.
  • Budget & Resource Management

  • Skilled in project management, budget optimization, and prioritization of competing cross-functional demands.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills; able to influence multiple teams and senior leadership.
  • Trend-savvy, innovative, and always looking for opportunities to elevate brand storytelling and creative execution.

Why You’ll Love Working Here:

  • In conjunction with the VP of Digital, co-lead the content strategy for a portfolio of consumer brands with the freedom to innovate and experiment.
  • Build and scale a talented, multi-disciplinary content team at the intersection of creativity, brand, and performance.

About The Role:

We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and production-savvy Head of Growth Content to lead and scale high-volume content creation for paid media, organic/community, and CTV channels across a portfolio of consumer brands. This role sits within the Growth Marketing organization and is responsible for producing performance-driven content at scale—operating within the brand guardrails and visual identity systems established by the Creative Director and Brand team. The ideal candidate can inspire and manage a multi-disciplinary production team—including videographers, editors, photographers, and motion designers—to deliver dozens of on-brand ad concepts and content assets weekly, on budget.

This is not a brand identity or design systems role—the Brand & Creative Director owns visual identity, brand guidelines, packaging, and core asset creation. This role takes those brand foundations and translates them into high-performing growth content with measurable outcomes (CTR, ROAS, engagement, conversion). The ideal candidate is DTC-native, deeply fluent in ad formats and platforms (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, CTV), and obsessed with creative velocity and iteration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & High-Volume Production Management
  • Utilize in-house and contract/freelance/agency resources to run 3 growth content shoots per month across core brands, with a scrappy, high-output mentality
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a production-focused content team (videographers, editors, photographers, motion designers), ensuring high-quality output, efficient workflows, and optimized resource allocation. This team is distinct from the Creative Director’s in-house creative team, which focuses on brand identity, design systems, and core asset production.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative culture while driving accountability and performance.
  • Growth Content Strategy & Creative Execution
  • Develop & execute a growth content strategy focused on paid social (Meta, YouTube, TikTok), CTV, and organic/community channels—translating brand guidelines provided by the Creative Director into high-performing ad concepts and content.
  • Operate within established brand guardrails while expanding messaging across digital channels through cohesive creative strategy & high-volume growth content production.
  • Identify platform trends, competitor ad activity, and emerging content formats (short-form video, UGC, creator content) to keep growth content fresh, relevant, and high-converting.
  • Performance & Optimization
  • Use content performance metrics and analytics (CTR, engagement, conversions, ROI) to help generate new ideas, optimize creative, and drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Paid Media, E-commerce, Retention, and Community teams to ensure content supports channel-specific KPIs and growth targets.
  • Budget & Resource Management
  • Optimize content production budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize output without compromising quality.
  • Utilize AI advancements in content creation to increase output and efficiency without sacrificing quality and impact.
  • Implement scalable production processes for growth channel content delivery (paid social, CTV, organic, community, retention).
  • Technology & Process Excellence
  • Oversee adoption of content tools, CMS, DAM systems, and analytics platforms to streamline operations and improve measurement.
  • Standardize content workflows and production pipelines across channels and brands.
  • Cross-Functional Influence
  • Partner with the Creative Director, Brand, Ecom, and Sales teams to align growth content needs with product launches, GTM calendars, and campaign timelines. Participate in GTM execution processes with a clear commercialization plan.
  • Serve as the growth team’s creative voice in cross-functional planning, advocating for performance content needs & creative strategy expansion

Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years of experience leading content teams in omnichannel consumer brands, preferably managing multiple brands in a house or portfolio structure.
  • Proven ability to manage and direct multi-disciplinary creative teams to deliver scalable, high-quality content across all channels.
  • Strong analytical skills; experience using performance metrics and insights to drive creative strategy and optimization.
  • Expertise in translating brand guidelines into performance content that converts across paid social, organic, CTV, and e-commerce channels. DTC-native experience with ad formats across Meta (IG & FB), YouTube, and TikTok is required.
  • Skilled in project management, budget optimization, and prioritization of competing cross-functional demands.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills; able to influence multiple teams and senior leadership.
  • Trend-savvy, innovative, and always looking for opportunities to elevate growth content through new formats, platform features, and creative iteration. Experience with high-volume, low-budget production environments strongly preferred.

Why You’ll Love Working Here:

  • In conjunction with the VP of Digital, own the growth content strategy for a portfolio of consumer brands with the freedom to innovate, experiment, and iterate at speed.
  • Build and scale a talented production team at the intersection of creative execution and performance marketing.
  • Play a central role in driving both measurable growth and long-term brand equity.
