Salesforce Platform Manager

OVERALL FUNCTION:

Reporting to the Director of IT, the Salesforce Platform Manager is responsible for the implementation of all business applications installed on the Salesforce platform, enhancing the internal and external user experience and driving Salesforce adoption. This is a full-time exempt position earning between $150K - $220K annually.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, document, test and implement Salesforce.com integrations and process improvements.
• Perform systems analysis and design, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Consult with different business areas and users to manage and implement development priorities.
• Design, develop, document, test and modify on-going customization and adjustments to Salesforce.com platform. Maintain and enhance workflows and functionality within the system environment and as Salesforce.com integrates with other key operational systems.
• Support internal user administration including permissions, access and general usability questions.
• Maintain key system metrics and data integrity.
• Other duties as assigned, including work with Marketing department to support meyersound.com.
  
  
  

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Salesforce Administrator certification (or demonstrated equivalent experience)
• Comfortable managing multiple competing priorities and personalities
• Salesforce CPQ experience
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
• Salesforce Lightning Community experience
• Enterprise API experience with PHP
• Salesforce Developer certification (or demonstrated experience with VA, Apex, scripts,etc)
• Wordpress development experience
