What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, slide-outs, and chassis components
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and warranty work
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members
- Deliver high-quality workmanship with strong attention to detail
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment
What We’re Looking For
- Previous RV technician experience required (dealership or independent shop)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with 12V/120V electrical systems, plumbing, and appliances
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service department
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- RVTI certification or manufacturer training is a plus
