Construction Laborer - Building Restoration (Entry Level)

Duties

• - Assist skilled tradespeople on restoration and renovation projects
• - Perform general labor tasks including material handling, demolition, and site preparation
• - Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• - Load and unload tools and materials
• - Follow direction from foreman and crew leaders
• - Work on occupied and unoccupied buildings
• - Travel to job sites as required (primarily local with occasional overnight travel)

Experience

• Enthusiastic attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods
• Basic understanding of construction or manual labor is a plus but not required — training will be provided
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for team success
• Prior experience in construction or restoration projects is advantageous but not mandatory
• Certifications such as OSHA safety training or relevant licenses are beneficial but can be obtained during employment
• Valid drivers license preferred
