Duties
- - Assist skilled tradespeople on restoration and renovation projects
- - Perform general labor tasks including material handling, demolition, and site preparation
- - Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- - Load and unload tools and materials
- - Follow direction from foreman and crew leaders
- - Work on occupied and unoccupied buildings
- - Travel to job sites as required (primarily local with occasional overnight travel)
Experience
- Enthusiastic attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods
- Basic understanding of construction or manual labor is a plus but not required — training will be provided
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for team success
