Position Stockroom Supervisors are responsible for having strong leadership and team management skills to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software, knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehousing, excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills to interact with team members, management, and external partners. Responsibilities Supervise and manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations Ensure efficient and accurate inventory management and tracking using WMS and inventory tracking software Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and safety Collaborate with management and external partners to optimize warehouse operations and improve customer satisfaction Identify and resolve operational issues and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity Qualifications Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role Strong leadership and team management skills Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehousing Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Effective communication skills to interact with team members, management, and external partners Benefits 401K with Company Match Health, Vision & Dental Insurance Life & Disability Insurance Flexible Spending Account Paid Time Off (PTO) Program Paid Holidays Reimbursement for Select Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Aebi Schmidt is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
