Join our team as a Safety Logistics Telematics Specialist, where you’ll play a critical role in improving driver safety, reducing incidents, and supporting a culture of accountability across our fleet.
Pay Rate
- $20-$23/hour, based on experience
- Monday through Friday
- In-Person office position based out of Jasper, IN
- Review dash cam footage, telematics data, and safety alerts
- Identify unsafe driving behaviors and fleet trends
- Document and classify safety events with accuracy
- Provide actionable coaching insights to leadership
- Escalate serious incidents and support safety initiatives
- Partner with operations to continuously improve performance
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Ability to interpret data and make sound decisions
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Experience with telematics, fleet safety, or incident review (preferred)
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards is a plus
- Be a key player in protecting our drivers and communities
- Work in a fast-paced, impactful role
