Job Summary

Meyer Lab is seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator / Developer to manage, optimize, and enhance our NetSuite ERP environment. This role will serve as the primary technical and functional resource for NetSuite, supporting business operations across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, and Sales Operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong NetSuite administration skills, hands-on SuiteScript development experience, and a deep understanding of manufacturing and ERP processes. This individual will also work closely with teams leveraging HubSpot CRM, ensuring seamless integration and alignment between customer-facing processes and back-office operations.

Responsibilities

• NetSuite Administration - Serve as the primary administrator for the NetSuite ERP platform.
• Manage users, roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, and custom records.
• Maintain system integrity, security, and performance.
• Support release management activities, including sandbox testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and user training.
• NetSuite Development and Customization - Design, develop, and maintain custom NetSuite solutions using: SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteAnalytics.
• Develop dashboards, reporting, and data workflows that improve visibility and decision-making.
• Support Manufacturing and ERP Operations – Support and optimize NetSuite modules related to: Manufacturing, Work orders and assemblies, production planning, inventory management, procurement and purchasing, supply chain operations, order management, and financial management
• Hubspot CRM Integration & Business Process - Partner with Meyer sales, marketing, and customer success teams to support business processes that span Hubspot CRM and NetSuite ERP.
• Maintain and improve integrations between Hubspot CRM and NetSuite ERP.
• Ensure accurate synchronization of customers, contacts, opportunities, orders, and related data.
• Support lead-to-cash and customer lifecycle processes across both platforms.
• Third Party Applications and Integrations – Support and maintain integrations with: Hubspot CRM, Avalara AvaTrax, shipping and fulfillment providers, EDI platforms, Warehouse and logistics systems.
• Troubleshoot integration issues
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors (RESTlets and SuiteTalk APIs)
• Build and maintain integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications.
• Automate business processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Create technical documentation and development.
  
  

Required Education, Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Minimum of 3 years of NetSuite Administration experience
• 2 years of SuiteScript development experience
• Strong understanding of ERP processes including finance, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, and order management
• Experience supporting NetSuite in manufacturing, and order management
• Experience creating workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, and customizations
• Experience integrating NetSuite with third-party application and using APIs and middleware platforms
• Strong analytical, trouble shooting, and problem solving abilities.
