The Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing the flow, tracking, and analysis of inventory (batch sheets, inventory transfers, etc.) and ensuring accuracy within the system at an Enterprise Level. This role includes the establishment and implementation of a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and an Asset Management Program using the NetSuite ERP system to enhance inventory control and mitigate losses. The Inventory Manager will also lead the Inventory Analyst position and partner with cross-divisional partners in Finance, Business Development, and Sales to align inventory strategies with business objectives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain daily inventory records to ensure accurate counts of on-hand inventory and determine products that need reordering.
- Develop and implement a Warehouse Management System (WMS) within the NetSuite ERP system to streamline inventory processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Utilize the NetSuite ERP system to implement and maintain an Asset Management Program to track and manage company assets effectively.
- Lead and mentor the Inventory Analyst position, providing guidance and support in inventory management tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-divisional partners in Finance, Business Development, and Sales to align inventory strategies with business goals and enhance overall operational effectiveness.
- Manage the inventory tracking and entry process to optimize inventory control procedures, maximize in-stock quantities, and minimize shortages.
- Run and analyze exception reports on inventory stock levels, adjustments, and other variances.
- Accurately process and complete all inventory transfers and adjustments.
- Run and compile month-end inventory reports for the lab and warehouses.
- Conduct monthly inventory cycle counts and adjust reorder points for outside warehousing.
- Generate stock orders for outside warehouses and assist in completing annual inventory audits.
- Complete inventory new code setup and ensure all inventory data is maintained accurately.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of inventory management experience.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Calendar) and the NetSuite ERP system.
- Team player and problem solver with a self-starter attitude, personal accountability, and follow-through.
- Travel may be required on an exception basis based on business needs. However, travel will be minimal.
- Desk and computer work required.
