Meyer Lab is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Fabrication Associate to join our team. This position requires a strong background in fabrication and maintenance, along with the ability to work independently and efficiently. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Demonstrate advanced understanding of all component functionalities. Assemble wiring for PLCs effectively and efficiently. Build drop, slip coat, and keypad systems, along with other standard field equipment.

Fabrication Associate III – Blue Springs, MO
Meyer Lab is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Fabrication Associate to join our team. This position requires a strong background in fabrication and maintenance, along with the ability to work independently and efficiently. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Fabrication Skills:
- Test all system functionalities with no rejections or directions needed
- Maintenance and Support:
- Conduct daily start and end of shift standard work.
- Perform self-guided inventory counting with zero quality rejects.
- Proficiently handle facilities maintenance requirements and follow through on assigned tasks without oversight.
- Shipping and receiving:
- Manage pick-ups, deliveries, and receiving of parts independently.
- Leadership and Communication:
- Provide guidance to other service entry-level employees and assist with training as needed.
- Effectively communicate with Account and Sales Managers regarding project statuses and needs.
- A minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in fabrication or maintenance
- Demonstrated proficiency with the ERP NetSuite system and Microsoft Office applications
- Prior involvement in Preventative Maintenance programs is strongly preferred
- Valid and up-to-date forklift certification required
- Travel will be required based on business needs and should be minimal.
- Desk and computer work required.
- Lifting required up to 50 lbs.
