Maintenance Technician - Full-Time
Cambria Hotel Boston Downtown

What You'll Do
- Inspecting the building, grounds, and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
- Performing repairs and upkeep on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Completing preventive maintenance tasks to prevent issues before they arise.
- Responding promptly to guest requests and maintenance needs with professionalism and hospitality.
- Following safety regulations, hotel brand standards, and local building codes.
- Keeping detailed maintenance logs and shift reports.
What We're Looking For
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with hand tools, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- A proactive mindset-someone who spots an issue and fixes it before it becomes a problem.
- A great communicator who can interact hospitably with guests and team members.
- Licenses or certifications are a plus but not required (we give preference to those with safety or hazard training).
